BRIEF HISTORY
The formation of the National body started in 1990 when nine higher institutions of learning in western Nigeria came together to form the western zone of the association. Shortly after this development, other zones followed this model and in 1993 cohesive efforts led to the first National Convention which brought into existence the National body of the association. The association has since grown into a large conglomeration of the Nations IT students.
